Meet Ronda

 

Ronda W. Murphy came to PozmantierWilliams (PWIC) in 2014 as an experienced manager. During her prior employment she was afforded the opportunity to develop and polish her leadership, organizational and listening skills which she now leverages to efficiently manage the day-to-day functions of the firm.

As PWIC’s Operations Manager, Ronda is directly responsible for all business administration including accounting, preparation of financial reports, payroll, HR, and office systems. She also oversees the office support staff to ensure that all client files and data management systems are up to date and accurately maintained.

Ronda holds a BS in Sociology with a Minor in General Business from the University of Houston. This, along with her more than 15 years of involvement with various types of insurance and risk management products gives her the unique skill set required to efficiently and effectively manage the office and provide support to its team of insurance consultants. Ronda is a consummate professional with the ability to anticipate needs, creatively resolve problems and keep the firm running smoothly with the eyes of a project manager and by using her natural strengths of perception, compassion, honesty and integrity.

In her spare time Ronda enjoys spending time with family and traveling.
